yes, you just need to copy your current itunes folder over to the new computer before you sync

Ok, well sorry for not clarifying, its actually one I bought from someone else. Do I have to lose all the apps and everything installed before synvcing?

No, just make sure you authorize the computer in iTunes. Transfer purchases, and make a backup and save that backup somewhere safe.

No, its someone ELSES (JB) apps and features on their jailbroken phone I bought and dont want to lose them. Are you saying They would have to authorize my computer first?

If you sync you will loose them unless the orginal owner authorizes you to his/her account. You didn't buy the so they are not yours. Hope you didn't pay extra for all the apps.
