transfer keychain?

I just bought a new MBP, and I want to transfer all my stored passwords. I don't want to use migration assistant because 1) I want a fresh start 2) when i tried setting it up, it said it would take 74 hours...

Any ideas how I can transfer keychain data (I see that I can export certificates, but not passwords). Thanks for any help.

Provided you have the same username, you should be able to copy ~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain to the same spot on your new Mac.
