Transfer Mail Account from Mac to Mac

Hi

I recently installed leopard on my old iBook G4. However i forgot about my mail accounts. I have all of may mail accounts running smoothly on mt MacBook Pro but i cant seem to get them re-setup on the iBook.

Is there a way at all to transfer the accounts from my MacBook Pro to my iBook? Including all account data etc (so i dont have to set them up again). Any Help would be much appreciated, thanks.
