Transfer mail accounts fresh Lion install

I made a fresh lion install, I have lots of junk in my previous OS and decided that I will start from scratch. How can I transfer only my mail accounts?

I have 20 accounts and about 20,000 e-mails that I want to keep.

If I unselect only application in the mitigation assistant will it include my mail accounts and emails.
