Transfer Mail Settings without a Restore

Does anyone know how to move the email settings from one iPad to another without restoring from a backup?

I want my ipad3 to remain as pristine as possible and I am only interested in not having to set up my 10 imap accounts again.

I do have a tool to pull files from the device directly, if that is helpful.
