Transfer movie from Mac into "videos" app on iPhone over wifi

I'm trying to transfer a movie file from my iMac via Wifi to an iPhone that doesn't sync with this Mac. I want the movie to go into the "Video" app.

I just tried DropCopy which worked nicely, but the best it could do was put the movie into the camera roll.

Is there any way to get a new movie into the Video app without doing a full-blown sync?
