transfer music from one user to another?

I want to transfer music from one user account to another, tried for last hour and got a headache. Anyone help please?

More detail needed -- on the same machine? With iTunes? iTunes DRM tracks or tracks ripped from CDs?

Depending on the answers to those questions, it could be as simple as copying the music folder from one account to the other. This works cross-account, cross-Mac and even from Mac <-> Windows or the other way.

If you have iTunes purchased tracks, the procedure will be different.
