  1. Open iTunes on your Mac.
  2. Click on "Store -> Authorize this Computer..."
  3. Authorize your computer to work with your Apple ID
  4. Sync your iPod to your Mac.
  5. When prompted, select "Transfer Purchases" in the iTunes dialog box.

thank you :) also another thing if anyone knows
For some reason it says that I have 3 out of 5 computers authorized. Besides this one I should only have 1 other so is there anyway to deauthorize the computer which I don't have access to because I don't even know which computer it is?

I had like 4 Authorized computers. Totally forgot that I had authorized one at work. What you can do, is de-authorize all of them and then authorize the one you are currently working on. If you need to go back and reauthorize you PC one, you can do so.
