Transfer music to someone's iphone thru wifi, not iTunes

My sister just got a new 2g iphone that is NOT jailbroken.
I have the same phone and it is unlocked and JBn.

Is there anyway that I can transfer/add songs to her iphone over a wireless network. I don't mind doing the hard part, but I just want her to download the songs from somewhere or I can even just put them with her doing anything as long as she has a wifi connection.

Do it through SSH? iDownload? Is this even possible on non-jailbroken phones?

I have searched allll over the place. Mucho gracias to anyone that can shed some light.
