Transfer "Notes" to new iPhone

Hello- Is it possible to transfer all the notes I have written in the native Notes application from my old iPhone (non-jailbroken) to a new to me iPhone (jailbroken)? Both are running 2.2.1. -Thanks in advance.

Back up your old iPhone, then put that backup on your new iPhone. That's it.
