transfer of applecare

My MBP applecare is in my sister's name. Does that matter if I need to get it serviced....or should I go through the hassle of transferring it (even though it is not much of a hassle)?

There shouldn't be a problem if its on your sisters name but I would suggest you to get it transferred it would make everything so much easier later on.
