Transfer Outlook Emails (Vista) to Mail (MacOS)

Hi,

just about to order a new imac and was wondering how i would transfering my 9yr old email list from MS outlook 2007 (vista) to macos' Mail application.

I haven't used macs since macos 7.6 s please explain the basics as well.

You would need something like O2M in order to convert things.
