Transfer phonebook from Palm?

Hi, guys. New to the forums, so please be gentle.

Is there a way to transfer a phonebook from Palm Desktop to the iPhone, (which I haven't bought yet...but my 6-year old cell phone is on the verge of breakdown) via import to AddressBook or any other ap? Otherwise, I'm going to get real cozy with my keyboard.
