The search button is your friend. There are probably 1000 posts similar to yours. I typed in 'Transfer photo' in search and here is what came up:

Use the search function and type in what I did. It's not difficult.

There are plenty of options out there, however getting MUSIC from your phone to your mac is a little more difficult than pics (in that pics don't really need a sepparate program, one can do this in iPhone, or other options).

here is what I have used to get music off my phone. There are other options too, fyi.
