Does anyone know how to transfer photo's from you ipod touch to your mac?
I have some pictures i want to share, but it isn't possible to get acces to the ipod touch.

Please help me out!!

well if you have used jailbreak on you iPod Touch and can install apps try installing Sketches because you can open up pictures in that and e-mail them which mean you'd be able to e-mail them to yourself but thats just one at a time..
