Transfer Podcasts to different Computers/Libraries

Hi all,

I've got 2 computers at home. Computer A has this podcasts that my sister also listens to on Computer B.

How can i transfer the podcast from Computer A to Computer B so that my sis will be able to listen to it without me keeping Computer A on.

The podcast is free to dl and not under any restricition. She also wants to sync it to her ipod.

If you select the podcast in iTunes and ctrl+click / right click on it and select Show In Finder it will open up a Finder window showing the files. You can them copy them as you would do a normal file.
