I have some quicktime movies with ,mov extension currently sitting on my Ubuntu desktop. I want to transfer them to an iphone. I plug in the USB for iPhone and it brings up a devices tab. But I'm not sure what exactly this is, and how I should transfer the movies to the iphone so i could play them in iphone directly.
