Ive been trying to figure this out for a little bit now.. Anybody wanna help me out on doing this? Or is it even possible?

Are you on OS X or Windows?

There are several good programs for this on the Mac, including Senuti and iPodRip. There also options for Windows, but I'm not familiar with them...one called SharePod comes to mind, but there are certainly more out there.

yes it is possible. in the iTunes menu, go to Advance, then choose "Consolidate library"

Yeah im on Windows. The consolidate library takes all the songs on your itunes library and moves them to the itunes music folder.

Just noticed that there's a Windows version of iPodRip...I've only used the Mac version, but it works well there.
