Transfer stuff from my iPhone 5 to iPhone 6 without iTunes/iCloud?

I'm wondering if someone know a software so I can transfer my contacts, notes, safari favorites, messages & photos from my iPhone 5 to my new iPhone 6 without having to use iTunes or iCloud?

Why would you use some "other" software. Itunes does a great job.

Call me weird but I would like to have control over what gets transferred, with a iTunes copy it feels like a load of stuff I do not wish to have gets backed up and transferred along with the stuff I want.
