transfer synzed photos from iphone to pc

need help......... ihave synzed photos thru itunes in my iphone. now i want to copy my photos back to my pc. when i did it thru pod to pc software the size and quality of photos have reduced. can i get my photos back in normal size ????

PLZ HELP.....
