Transfer Temple Run Data

Definetly not a top priority but I was just curious if anyone knew how to do this. I got fairly addicted to the game Temple Run for a short while in the summer and currently have all the achievements with the exception of the time consuming ones (ie. 10,000,000m). All of these stats are on my iPhone 3GS but I recently upgraded to an iPhone 5. Does anyone know how to transfer the data over between devices? I have tried several hidden files using programs like iExplorer but nothing.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
