Transfer video from iphone 4 without iTunes

Like the title says. I recorded a video on my iPhone 4 here at work and i need to transfer it to my desktop pc. I don't have and can't install iTunes on here. iPhone is JB and i am savvy with terminal if needed. Any ideas?
 
Well i solved my problem. Started out by creating an Ad-Hoc wireless network on the pc and connecting the iphone to it. I then used winSCP portable (portableapps.com) to connect over sftp to the phone. Found the file and transferred it wirelessly over the ad-hoc network. Uploaded to youtube and we're good to go.
