transfering contacts, notes and calender from iPhone to new itunes

My Macbook HDD was dead and I replaced a new HDD. Since and HDD is new and I didn't backup the contact and notes and calender from the old HDD, I fear when I plugin my iPhone to my new itunes, all the contact and notes will be gone.

how can I transfer those things into my new ituens?
