Transfering files from dumbphone to iPad via bluetooth?

On my Mac, I can access photos and other files on an old Motorola dumbphone using the "Bluetooth File Exchange" utility.

Is there a similar app for iPad or iPhone that lets me browse the files in the dumbphone via bluetooth?
