I'm backing up a back up drive and was wondering if I'd have any problems in the foreseeable future with what I'm doing.

I have two 500GB Seagate Externals, just picked up the 2nd one. My first one is formatted in FAT32, the 2nd one which I just bought I formatted in Mac OS Extended. I'm currently transferring the files from the FAT32 to the Mac OS Extended.

Is there anything wrong with this setup besides the fact that PCs won't be able to read the Mac OS Extended formatted drive? Can I copy files from the Mac OS Extended one to the FAT32 one?

Thanks!

There shouldn't be a problem. I transfer files from and to my FAT32 thumb drive regularly.
