Ever since I updated my Mac Pro to 10.5 many months back I can't send files over my network to my XP machine. It simply freezes .. usually before it even transfers 100mb. My internet, etc still works just the transfer never finishes. I typically can not X out of the transfer either - I have to reboot my machine! I can transfer files from my 10.4 MBP just fine. This has happened with two routers as well. I have read of a few people have network transfer issues on 10.5 but no real solutions. Are there any settings I can adjust to try and fix this issue? Could this indicate something wrong with my Mac Pro? It seems to be something in 10.5. Using my external FW driver to transfer files is getting old fast.
