I want to make a program on my desktop available on my Mac Air. I tried Migration Asst but it wants to transfer =all= my applications rather than just one. I tried putting the program on a flash drive, which seemed to work but when i tried to open it i got an error message saying licensing was invalid.

Is it possible to load the installation disc into my desktop (an iMach intel) and having the program installed wirelessly on the Air?

My suggestion would be to use a burn utility (like Toast) to take the disc and create an ISO (image file) with it. Copy the image file to a flash drive or transfer the file via bluetooth. Your MacBook Air should recognize the ISO and you should be able to mount the ISO so run it like you would a regular installation CD.

Let me know if you need any pointers.

Love it. Thanks.
