Transfering iTunes Playcounts/lists

So last night I ordered my first Mac (White Macbook 2.16C2D ).

Well, the of the first thing I'll be doing is transfering over my iTunes collection from my PC. Is there any way that I can transfer over the playlists as well as playcounts? I really do love the playcounts, for some reason unknown...

Just make sure you copy the iTunes Library and iTunes Music Library.xml files when you move your music across. They are stored in the same place as your music if you let iTunes manage your music for you.
