Transfering iTunes playcounts/lists

So last night I ordered my first Mac (White Macbook 2.16C2D ).

Well, the of the first thing I'll be doing is transfering over my iTunes collection from my PC. Is there any way that I can transfer over the playlists as well as playcounts? I really do love the playcounts, for some reason unknown...

Inside your iTunes folder, there are a couple of files, iTunes Library and iTunes Music Library. If you copy those over all your playlists and playcounts will appear.
