iPod touch Transfering Music from Ipod Touch to Computer advice?

Ok, I had to get my computer fixed which of course meant everything got deleted. This sucks being that I actually by most of music from itunes. But I need my music back on here from my ipod touch ! What program is the safest? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Oh & another question....will the songs no longer be in playlists?

if you email apple they will let u redownload ALL purchased music.

Pretty sure your playlists are gone forever.

This is a good reminder to everyone to make sure audio files are backed up somewhere.
