iPod touch Transfering Music To New Computer

I just wanted to know if there is a way to transfer music directly from my Ipod Touch to another computer? I could transfer the original songs, but I am not fond of going back and deleting songs that i didnt want on it. So I wanted to know if there was a way to put what is on my ipod touch to my new computer.
