Hello All,

I have an old app on my original iPhone that I want to put onto iTunes so that I can then place it on my iPhone 5. This app is no longer available on the App Store apparently. I have tried to select the device in iTunes and then "Transfer All Purchases" but nothing happens. The app never shows up in App list.

I need some help here. Any thoughts?

Isn't there a simulator type picture of your phone with all the apps on it that you can check individually, then hit sync?

Transfering old iPhone Apps

You can plug in old phone and backup that particular app in iTunes but not sure how you would push that across to you new device...?

Figured it out. I had allowed my daughter to use the phone for a week or so about a year ago and I blocked the deleting and adding of apps. After I disabled those restrictions I was able to "transfer purchases" onto my Mac. :)
