Transfering Striped Raid

Hi i hope someone can advise.
I have a Macbook Pro with 2 hdd set up as a striped raid.

Im now wanting to upgrade the hdd to ssd's

what would be the easiest way to transfer the raid setup to the new ssd's?

I'd say back up your data from the HDs, install the SSD(s) and then restore the data.
