I want to transfer the ISO of a DVD I ripped (my now unplaying mighty boosh series one DVD 1 - overplayed to death me thinks) from my PC to my iBook. For some reason that escapes me entirely it won't transfer to my external hard drive, I'm fairly sure this is a sizing problem for windows, as the HD is formatted in FAT32... Does anyone know a workaround for this e.g. a bit of file splitting software with OSX and win versions?
Cheers

I would use WinRAR on Windows to create a multi-part RAR archive of the file, then use UnRarX on the Mac to open it once all the parts are transferred. You might need to experiment with the file size of each part a little until you find one that works well.

The FAT32 file system has a 4GB limitation on file size. As hinted above, you can use winrar or winzip (may be) to split the file.
