so i got a new computer and i still want to save the emails from the old one.

i tried saving as but can only do one file at a time and i have over 200 to do.

i tried going on my gmail and marking all the messages as unread.

i tried just copy and pasting them.

but nothing is working.

i have gone on the support section on apple.com and used the info but thats the 1st thing i tried (saving as)

there has to be an easy way of doing this.

please help.

What old computer?
What new computer?
What OS Old / New?
What mail program Old / New?

If your old machine was an OSX machine, when you set up OSX on the new machine did you use the migration assistant with a Firewire cable to bring over your old machine's User data (I assume not)?

no i didn't use migration assistant. i tried to but i didn't want everything transferred (which i don't think you can, well at least what i saw).
old

new
