Transferring App Purchases

Hi,
I have a MobileMe Family Pack account. Before I got my own credit card for my sub-account, I only used the sub-account for email, calendar and contacts, and I made all of my app purchases with the master account.

I have an iPhone 4 (running iOS 4.0.1), with all of the apps I purchased using the master account.

Now, I have my own credit card and I want to start using my own sub-account for app purchases. Is there any way for me to transfer the purchases from the master account to my own sub-account?
