transferring audio files in iTunes

I bought an iPod recently and do not have any experience in using i Tunes. I imported 4 audio files into a folder on iTunes, one was in the .wma and the other three were in the .wav format. iTunes put the 3 .wav files in one folder and the .wma file into a separate folder. How can transfer the latter into the folder where the .wma files are stored?
