Transferring Contacts and Calendar data from TREO 700P to iPhone

I plan to use an Apple with the new iPhone, however currently I only use a PC for the Palm Desktop software I'm using. I do not use Outlook. I've read where Outlook is fairly simple transfer? Any suggestions on how to transfer from Palm Desktop software to Apple's?

Not a solution, but you might want to post/search the Palm users forums (like treocentral.com); they might have some palm - iPhone switchers who can help. I think there is also an iPhone forum called "phonedifferent."
