Transferring custom mailboxes/rules settings to Iphone

Hello, I sort out my email (gmail for organisations) on my macbook through custom mailboxes and rules (in Apple Mail): how can I sync my Iphone and Mac Mini, so replicating the same settings? I have a mobileme account but I am not able to understand if it can sync online mobileme mail or Apple mail too.
