i need to transfer a bunch of files (mostly imovie files and what not) between two macbook pros, the files are bigger than what my flash drive can hold, and i cant use my external hard drive, and i know it was possible to directly transfer via bluetooth, but the thing is, for files too large it's just too slow. any thoughts? i heard you could use wifi to transfer using a router? i considered making a torrent, but i dont want to install utorrent on my uncles laptop without asking him? also, how fast is wifi in comparison to bluetooth or if i made a torrent? also, i heard if i got an ethernet cable i can just hook them together?

thank you!!
