transferring files documents and video from iMac to Ipad2

I have down downloaded some documents,mostly PDF, that I would like to transfer to my iPad to read and some videos like two minutes max mostly you tube that I want to transfer to my Ipad2 to use as demos for customers on sales calls. I need to know the best way. This site is awesome. I have received so much help and I appreciate it so much Jeff

There is probably a simpler way, but I use Dropbox for that.

Files I use dropbox, its very convenient. Set up once and load your files. Available anywhere you can get access wifi, or 3g/4g.

Or you can load in iTunes.
