Transferring files on an AirPort network

I just got an AirPort Extreme BS (Older one from a friend) and want to transfer files from my G5 iMac to my Intel iMac. Can someone run me through the basic steps? I'm new to this personal network thing.

I just go into System Pref>Sharing>File Sharing>Options and make sure SMB is turned on on both computers, and then you can see each other. You just have to connect with the correct logins and you can drag and drop any files you want.
