Transferring Final Cut Studio 5.1 Registration

Is it possible to transfer the registration for the retail version of FCS to another user if I were to sell my computer with FCS 5.1? If so, has anyone done this and how difficult was it? I'm thinking about selling my C2D MBP with Final Cut Studio 5.1
