Hello
I have recently updated the operating system from OS9 - to 10.2. The only glitch being is I cannot work out how to import all of my email (Outlook Express) into Entourage...
It seems that I cannot replace the backed up "Microsoft User Data / Identities/Main Identity" with the "Office X Identities"
can some one please help me out - it must be such a common thing to do - yet I cannot find an answer...
in desperation

I did it awhile ago, so I'm not sure, but I thought I just dragged the OS9 identities into the OS X folder where the identities were, and entourage opened up with all my settings, emails, and contacts.

outlook to entourage still!

Thanks - but it isn't working -
I have tried replacing the entire Microsoft User Data folder with the old User Data folder, but when I open up Entourage the old identity dosen't show up at all. Entourage puts new OSX folders in the Microsoft User Data folder.
