Transferring game progress from one Mac to another

Hello

I have Need For Speed: Most Wanted (Cider port) and would very much like to know how to transfer progress from my MBP to my iMac.

I've been playing it for quite a while now and wouldn't want to lose all my career progress of the game :p

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
