Transferring Game Saves

I recently put in a new 500GB hard drive into my MacBook Pro and I was thinking about installing Windows 7 on it instead of installing Vista again, mainly because I've heard I'd get higher FPS in 7. Another reason I'm doing is this because Winclone has taken over 12 hours to transfer my 75GB of Boot Camp data and I put that plan out of action. So I was thinking, how do I transfer my GTA IV saves from one partition to another?

If you're just looking to move relatively tiny files, you could use DropBox.

I don't know exactly how big the files are you're looking to move, but DropBox comes with 2gb for free. I encourage you to Google it.
