Im using iMovie '09 to import some gorgeous HD footage off my cam. Im wanting to use this footage in iMovie HD to edit my movie. What steps do I need to take to get my footage there, and maintain its amazing quality.

Transferring HD Footage Between iMovie '09 to iMovie HD

Export the video with the Apple Intermediate Codec (AIC) and you should be good to go.
