I noticed that my iPod Touch (4th gen) with IOS 5.1.1. contains several voice memos which haven't been transferred to iTunes on my Mac. When attaching my iPod to the Mac they aren't visible either (clicking on "Voice memos" in the section which shows the iPod).
As I have several iTunes libraries on my Mac and switch between them I assume this is what has caused the problem (being "trapped" in between having music/videos sync automatically and having this feature turned off as it is now -I have to manually sync music and videos).
I just tried to do a new voice memo recording on my iPod, then attach it to my Mac. This file showed up in iTunes' "iPod" section and I was also asked if I wanted to sync it with iTunes which transferred the file without any issues. But still no sign of the other, older voice memos on the iPod.
I also tried creating a brand new, empty iTunes library, but still no sign of the memos there either.
So is there a way I can transfer them over to my Mac?
