Transferring Images from iPhone folders to MBPro

My MBPro was stolen last December and I had synced a couple of folders with my iPhone. The images on my phone are now the only copies I have and I need to get them off my phone so I can properly set up my iPhone with my new MBP and new images w/o wiping the old images from my iPhone. So far I have had no luck w/ iTunes, Preview, etc. I can download all images on my camera roll but i have approx 750 images NOT in there & I can't see e-mailing them all to myself. Any batch solutions out there?

iPhoto only allows you to get the camera roll, which is not what he needs.

Use PhoneView (costs) or sharepod (free) to transfer your other pictures.
