Transferring iMessages between two iPhones with different iCloud accounts

I have a personal iPhone and a work iPhone, and I'm going to consolidate to just one phone. Each phone has its own iCloud account. I would like to take several iMessage threads on the work phone and put them onto the personal phone. Is there a good way to do this? I don't think it can be done through iCloud because they are separate accounts. And if I restore my personal iPhone to the work iPhone backup I lose a lot stuff just to get those message threads.
